Can you believe it's been nine months already?
Because I can't.
And yet, we haven't 'broken even' yet, time wise. I mean, three weeks from now, she'll finally have been OUT for as long as she was IN.
But sometimes it feels like the time is flying by and I'm amazed by the drive that is innate in kids. I'm so amazed at how it all unfolds on its own. It's fascinating to see how her circle of space is expanding, as she scoots to find me all over the house.
---
And I love how she's learning to relate, finding out how to communicate and going for what she wants.
See? She's looking at YOU. With, um, something to SAY, apparently.

She is totally full of mischief. I love the commando scooting and the wicked grin. Watch out for that one ....
Happy almost nine months; over here, exactly one year up on you, we're pulling up to 21 months. My god, what the hell happened????

So cute! Time flies, doesn't it? My big one just turned 2 and my baby is almost 7 months! Boo to that! I remember reading when TLNG was born and I was still pregnant. Sigh.

OMG Swistle! You made me laugh so hard. I certainly, as you can tell, am NO math medalist. lmao.
Here was my (fookackt) *formula.* I took the number of weeks that I gestated (38.5) and took the number of weeks since she's been out (36) which I got by taking the no. of months and multiplying by 4 and then I rounded up. lmao.
Safe to say that her FATHER will be helping her with her math homework.

It really does fly, that whole time thing, doesn't it? It seems like just yesterday he was as little as her.
PS. You have got to stop posting pictures of her. She's too cute for words and all I can usually manage is 'awwwwwww'.

Oh my goodness! She has become a real little person hasn't she? It's amazing!

Hard to believe it's been that long. But don't blink because soon she'll be three and you'll really be wondering where the time went.

I know I keep saying it, but she's beautiful. A Gerber or Gap baby for sure. I love that first picture.
Happy nine months LNG.

Reading your blog and looking at these pictures makes me feel so excited to do it all again, this time with - I hope - more patience and less panic! She is beautiful, thank you for sharing her with us.

I think she gets cuter every day! Sheesh - how can you stand all the cute?!

She is absolutely gorgeous, and those eyes...
I have numerous photos of my daughter pointing at the camera lens. She's either going to be a dictator, or a renowned explorer. She certainly is a dictatorial toddler, so hmm...

Happy Nine Months, NG. She is so darn cute and only getting cuter every day. Now just you wait: the next three months are explosive with change. Kinda makes you want to cry, then laugh, and then scream all at the same time.

Wait. Math medalist steps in. Henry was conceived in mid-September (two weeks after "first day of last period") and born the last day of May, so he was in for 8-1/2 months---which was a 39-week pregnancy (the first 2 weeks, he's not actually there yet). So he had his "out as long as he was in" day a few weeks ago, when he was 8.5 months old.
