Have you been asking yourself the same question as you glance down your Google Reader and The New Girl is NEVER updated?? And when it is, it's some half-assed post about my basement? And my cell phone? Am I kidding you?
Well, I have no idea what's happened to my content. The best that I can figure is that my inspiration has taken off and is shacking up with my sex drive. Those rat-bastards are somewhere warm, sitting on the beach, drinking some fruity drinks that they are charging to the room that they are going to pay for with my credit card info that they stole before making good their escape from this life of drudgery and expensive home improvements that are ugly, and loads and loads of laundry and sticky 'L' keys.
*Sigh*
Anyway. If you see them, those hiding out, freeloading, em-effers, tell them that they'd better get their asses back here on the double.
I mean, at some point, I'm going to have to stop all this fucking around with the posting of non-sense, relying largely on the raw and considerable cuteness of my daughter to make like I'm blogging, and like, actually blog.
Right?
Right?

Naw, you can get by on that mug for quite some time.

If you find your content (and your sex-drive, for that matter) could you let me know where they were? Maybe mine are with them?

OMG -- do you know the name of the resort where all our sex drives are gone to? Because maybe if we went and MET them there, things could, you know, steam up. Or something. I'm tired. I like TLNG pictures.

Posting pictures of your ADORABLE girl is content. I love seeing her little face when I visit your site. If you start cluttering up the place with words I shall have to take my business elsewhere. Good day to you.

There are some who are making their livings off of cute pics of their kids and half-assed blog posts. If they can do it, I say no harm with others doing it, too.
Besides, cute kid pics are always interesting.

Actually, the other day I was thinking that you've been posting quite a bit lately.

Is it so very wrong to wish that my husband's sex drive had run away with mine?
Posted by: Arkie Mama | January 18, 2008 at 04:05 PM
If you locate your sex drive, let me know where you found it. Cuz maybe that's where mine has been hiding...

Or not. Because when you post photos like that LAST ONE, I could just keep coming back to your page to see it over and over and over...*sigh* She is CUTE! Those eyes!

Fuck it. I think you're doing just fine.
And? Your "Inspiration" and "Sex-drive" were recently joined by my"Sanity." Bitch said she'd had it and left with my cute pre-pregnancy bikinis. Hope she gets an STD....
Bitter? Nah.

I don't know - she's pretty adorable, I think she probably counts as excellent blog fodder!

I bet when you find them they'll be partying with my energy and my sex drive too. Damn them.
Posted by: Mrs. Chicky | January 17, 2008 at 08:41 PM
Not really, no. Remember your target audience is also a bunch of sleep-deprived former human beings. We think you're clever cause you can form sentences. And are easily swayed by cuteness of this magnitude.
I'd kill to be on a island somewhere with my sex drive. Then again, I'd probably just want to sleep.

ok how can you get anything done with that level of cute?
Posted by: flutter | January 17, 2008 at 08:19 PM
